AIPicks is a place to learn, get insights, and use simple tools with other members. These rules keep the blog, community, and tools useful, respectful, and free of hype.

1. Be respectful
- Treat people with courtesy — even when you disagree.
- No personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior.
- Critique ideas and process; do not attack people.
2. Keep it educational — not advice
- Share plans, examples, and lessons for learning — not “buy this now” instructions.
- Do not give or ask for personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
- Frame ideas as your view or scenario, not a recommendation.
- Prefer words like plan, example, process. Avoid hype like guaranteed or can’t miss.
- Nothing on AIPicks is financial advice. See the Disclaimer.
3. Be honest and transparent
- Do not invent results, screenshots, or performance claims.
- Disclose conflicts of interest (sponsorship, paid placement, material holdings) when they matter to your post.
- Misleading charts, fake “wins,” or pump-style claims are not allowed.
4. No spam, scams, or heavy self-promotion
- No spam, repeated posts, link dumping, or unsolicited sales messages.
- No guaranteed-return claims or paid signal pitching.
- Affiliate or promo links only if clearly disclosed and useful — moderators may remove them.
- No scams, phishing, malware, or fraud.
5. Use the right place
- Post in the matching community lane when you can: Levels, Options, Reviews, or Process.
- Keep discussion about markets, process, education, and AIPicks tools.
- Off-topic noise that crowds out useful conversation may be moved or removed.
6. Protect people and privacy
- No hate speech, discrimination, threats, or content that targets people for harm.
- Do not share private personal data without permission.
- Do not dox, impersonate, or try to access other accounts.
7. Tools and platform use
- Use tools (levels, alerts, live hub, calculators) as learning and research aids — not guaranteed signals.
- Do not abuse the platform (bots, scraping, spam accounts, or security attacks).
- Report bugs constructively; do not exploit them.
8. Moderators
Moderators may edit, move, or remove content, and may warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts to protect the community. Serious or repeated violations can lead to immediate suspension.
9. Consequences
Depending on severity, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Remove or hide content
- Temporarily mute or restrict posting
- Suspend or permanently ban the account
10. How to report issues
If you see spam, abuse, or rule-breaking content, use the contact form with a link or clear description. We will review as soon as we can.
